7 Day Whole Food Plant-Based Challenge February 27- March 7, 2017


Enjoy this vibrant lifestyle as we journey together into a whole food plant based diet.  Daily meal plan and support will be provided.   We will meet as a group on January 31 and February 7. If you are unable to join us in person, you can join us online.  This is for new Whole Food Plant-based participants, or anyone who needs a refresher. $45 per participant for the 7 day program.  Minimum 5 participants per session.
