7 Day Whole Food Plant-Based Challenge February 27- March 7, 2017

Enjoy this vibrant lifestyle as we journey together into a whole food plant based diet.  Daily meal plan and support will be provided.   We will meet as a group on January 31 and February 7. If you are unable to join us in person, you can join us online.  This is for new Whole Food Plant-based participants, or anyone who needs a refresher. $45 per participant for the 7 day program.  Minimum 5 participants per session.

Have questions, recipes to share, concerns about a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle? Come join us for this FREE community event. Bring a compliant whole food plant based dessert (Forks over Knives, Plant Pure Nation, Straight up Food, etc) and copies of the recipe.  We share our wfpb journeys while enjoying each other's compliant favorite recipes.
